I wanted to take this chance and research more about Ayn Rand's childhood and her background. She was born 1905, she is Russian American novelist, philosopher, playwright and screen writer. She is mostly known for her two best selling novels : Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged. Ayn Rand is also very famous for inventing Objectivism which is the philosophy of of rational individualism. And the reason why Ayn Rand's novel "Anthem" shows strong criticism against Communism and Dictatorship is because she has witnessed the Russian Revolution in such a young age which made her despise these two forms of government.
